NUMI only hires the best designers to work with the best US companies. Many of which are located in Silicon Valley and backed by Y Combinator.
We’ll allow part time work during the trial period but you’ll be expected to transisiton to more hours soon after.
The more experience you have as a lead, senior, or head, the more roles and opportunities there will be for you.
Our assessment phase usually takes about a week. We will provide a test for technical roles and a portfolio review if a designer.
NUMI’s clients are often based in the US in NYC or SF. You’ll be expected to overlap with their time zone or commit to being a bit of a night owl.
Our clients are demanding. Clear communcation without any handholding from them when working with you are a must. NUMI pros who win are self starting and anticipatory.
Your NUMI advocate will spend time getting to know you. Our preliminary screening will guage your character type and you’ll be expected to share your name, location, skills, pay expectations, and work experience.
Once the preliminary screen has concluded, you’ll be asked to take your NUMI advocate through your work. Here you’ll get a chance to talk about your thought process and share anything else that seperates you from the crowd.
Get matched with only the best and brightest companies in the world. You’ll be expected to deliver quality work, show up on time, and put your best put foward with clear communcation in your thought process.
